Thank you for engaging in the Things to Notice conversation.

 

We are going to view our conversation through the lens of sexual violence because that is on the extreme end of what you may see. The skills we talk about will apply to any uncomfortable or unsafe situation you see.

As we engage in this conversation I want us to be mindful of our implicit bias and be sure to focus on behavior, body language, facial expressions, and not what someone looks like or the assumptions we may have about them.
