Darian joined the SAFE Bar Network in 2023 as a Business Development Representative. They appreciate that the SAFE Bar Network training conversation highlights the autonomy and power of hospitality staff to shape how they provide hospitality in their space. Empowering bartenders, servers, hosts, brewers, and everyone who has a hand in alcohol service it's great business for all of us. Darian loves getting to connect with folks who really get it - who love hospitality and understand that we can make a real impact in so many lives by empowering authentic, respectful, respected hospitality.

 

Darian is very proud of having passed the WSET Level 3 in spirits with merit! It was the most challenging spirits exam they have taken, and the highest level offered by the organization. They are happiest anywhere hospitality happens - bars, restaurants, distilleries, bakeries, cafes. There’s such a beautiful, humbling humanity about receiving the labor of another and savoring that precious experience. Darian’s favorite drink for a fun night out is a lucid absinthe espresso martini or a classic Mai Tai.
